Ross Thurlow's SWM 320TL....

Ross has recently completed a major refurbishment of this lovely 320 SWM ready to ride in the Twinshock Eurocup round to be held at Chalford, nr Stroud on the 4th and 5th of July.
.. I will let Ross fill in the details... " I went a little ott but it is nice! I was thinking Gordon Brown could use it to pay off the national debt coz thats what it owes me!
The specs include; rebore to first oversize, new main bearings and seals, new kickstart shaft and lever, new gear lever, engine vapour blasted and enameled, frame, swingarm, yokes, fork bottoms and brake plates powder coated, wheel hubs vapour blasted and rebuilt with stainless spokes, renthal bars, all new plastics, 'world champion' graphics on tank, new fork tubes, custom reworked fork damping, NJB trickshocks on the rear, all nuts and bolts replaced with gold anodised alloy, yellow chromate and stainless steel versions, dellorto carb reworked and jetted, and so on. !! "

It looks far to nice to ride I reckon... but Ross tells me he isn't going to pussy foot around on it at the event!!

The event is the Gerry Holdsworth Eurocup on the 4th&5th of July run by Golden Valley classic. Steve Saunders and Mark Thornhill are rumoured to be doing it on an old british sidecar outfit.. Should be worth going for that alone! Its at Cowcombe woods. Chalford.

Ross needs only a new Side stand and an embossed seat cover to finish it all off... Martin Mathews will hopefully supply them soon!!
